Job Summary:
The Client Account Manager will serve as a central point of contact, managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service and consulting. This role includes client onboarding and implementation support, proactive issue resolution, detailed documentation, reporting, and some administrative tasks. The role starts at 4 hours per day, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with potential to grow into a full-time position. The ideal candidate should bring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring customer needs are met with high levels of service.
  • Client Onboarding and Implementation: Oversee client onboarding processes, coordinating all account setup tasks for a seamless transition.
  • Problem Resolution and Escalation: Address and resolve client issues proactively, escalating complex challenges when necessary and collaborating with internal teams.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions, resolutions, and account status, providing regular reports on client satisfaction and other metrics.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with occasional office duties and administrative tasks, supporting the Director of Operations and team.
  • Additional Consulting Tasks: Perform other duties related to account management and consulting as agreed with STRATA7 leadership.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, client service, or consulting, ideally in telecommunications or UCaaS.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and managing client expectations effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple accounts and projects at once.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to handling escalations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
