Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Project Manager to oversee a significant project active in Clarksville, TN. This position requires immediate availability and offers the candidate a chance to join a dynamic team on a full-time basis from day one. Our client is a prominent commercial, civil, and industrial electrical contractor with over 20 years of experience in the industry. With offices located in Russellville, KY, they have consistently experienced tremendous growth. Location: This project is based near Clarksville, TN. We prefer that candidates for this position reside within 30-40 miles of Clarksville, TN, including Russellville and Bowling Green, KY, as well as many cities north of Nashville along I-65.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Oversee commercial and/or industrial electrical projects to ensure completion within time and budget constraints.
• Monitor project deliverables and update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project resources, scheduling, and documentation.
• Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them.
• Troubleshoot and resolve project issues as they arise.
• Effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Requirements:

• Licensed electrician with experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical projects preferred. Candidates with significant project management experience in related fields will be considered.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must pass a full panel drug screening.
• Ability to work on-site in Clarksville, TN, and live within a commutable distance.
